UK Delivery Policy – Acme Seals Ltd

Standard UK Delivery (1–3 Working Days)

  • Despatch time: Orders are usually despatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Free UK delivery: Free Mainland UK delivery on orders over £75 (excluding VAT).
  • Stock availability: If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly. You can:
    • Wait for the item to be restocked
    • Choose an alternative product
    • Cancel the order for a full refund
  • Returns: If goods are ordered in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Next Day UK Delivery

  • Order cut‑off: Place your order by 12:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) for next working day delivery.
  • Friday orders: Orders placed by 12:00 PM on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend are processed on the next working day.
  • Stock notification: If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately and discuss alternative options.
  • Returns: Return shipping for incorrectly ordered items is the customer’s responsibility.

  • You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • If goods are ordered in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
