1-3 Delivery to the UK ONLY:
We aim to despatch within 1-3 working days. If stock is unavailable the customer will be notified and given the option to cancel or choose an alternative product. Cost of carriage for the return of goods ordered in error will be the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer.
Next Day Delivery to the UK ONLY:
We aim to despatch same day subject to the order being received before 12:00 Monday to Thursday goods ordered on a Friday up until 12:00 will be delivered the following Monday. If stock is unavailable the customer will be notified and given the option to cancel or choose an alternative product. Cost of carriage for the return of goods ordered in error will be the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer.
Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Cost of carriage for the return of goods ordered in error will be the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer.
Faulty/incorrect items will only be replaced if Acme Seals Limited is advised within 6 months from receipt of delivery.
If an order is cancelled and goods have not been dispatched payment will be refunded within 14 days direct to card issuer/PayPal. If an order is cancelled and goods have been dispatched please refer to the returns policy above.
If you need to return an item, simply click on the email link [email protected] and email with your return request. Our sales team will contact you directly and advise on returning the goods. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
